A MODERN WORKSPACE
A local independent landlord and dynamic student lettings firm approached us to design their new offices at Brighton Marina. The former retail unit was reconfigured as an office for 20 people with boardroom, private booths for calls, and innovative breakout spaces for informal meetings. A challenging site with glazing on three sides meant hiding the not so glamourus functions of an office in the core of the site but also meant that every desk space was bathed in natural light.
