1930’S RENOVATION
Our client’s were part way through their solo extension and kitchen project when they hit crisis point and got in touch with us. After assessing the current plans, and hearing their frustations and sense of overwhelm, we helped them to rethink the downstairs space entirely. In a bold move, we switched the dining room and living room layout front to back, opening up the space and connecting both the music area and dining space with the kitchen, and in doing so put these activities at the heart of the home. Treasured belongings were given a place and every aspect was considered from the moment you turn the key and walk in the front door. What was once a garage became a bespoke crafted office space with impressive backdrop, and the once isolated living room became a vibrant, warm, inviting spot to retreat to with a book.
