The Whole Considered Home

POA · approx. 8–10% of project budget · For Whole-Home Renovations & Self-Builds

Our premium Whole Considered Home design service is best suited to whole house renovations or ground up self-builds.

We structure every project using our proven 5 stage framework. This starts with establishing a clear vision and alignment, which we then develop and detail into a complete interior proposal. We are with you every step of the way from concept to completion and would suggest getting us involved at the earliest possible stage for maximum benefit to your home.

We work closely with architects, main contractor and specialist sub-contractors for a fully coordinated build, and to take the stress out of the process from start to finish.

We assess the building, the landscape, the views and how the light moves and changes throughout the day.

We look at how the house links to any outdoor spaces to carefully consider both the functionality and aesthetics of the interior within its context.

We listen to your needs and how you want to live in the space and design rooms which flow seamlessly, meet your functional requirements and exceed your expectations. Sometimes calm and still and sometimes energising and playful; spaces that are quietly functional yet beautifully layered and always easy to live in.

Bespoke joinery and furniture items often feature in our designs to address specific project requirements and make every project unique and individual for our clients.

From fully-bespoke kitchens to dramatic staircases and hand-crafted dining tables, our extensive experience designing one-off joinery pieces make this collaborative process an exciting part of the project journey and always an interesting talking point in the finished house.

We specify furniture and lighting that is both new and vintage, to bring together existing pieces you might already own and treasure with any additional items to form cohesive, textural and richly-layered rooms which reflect your style.

We are mindful of the environment and conscious to tread lightly on this earth. This informs much of our decision making and material choices.
