A MODERN WORKSPACE

An independent landlord and dynamic student lettings firm approached us to design their new offices at Brighton Marina. The former retail unit was reconfigured as an office for 20 people with boardroom, private booths for calls, and innovative breakout spaces for informal meetings. A challenging site with glazing on three sides, meant that naturally we hid the necessary mechanics of the office in the building’s core. This allowed the desk and breakout spaces to be arranged around the perimeter where they were bathed in diffused natural light and created an intuitive flow both visually and physically through the workspace.
